DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our download products (e.g. courses and preset packs) are available and downloadable worldwide. There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier). Download products can be downloaded via a link provided by e-mail. The sending of this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place within 1 second to max. 2 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Download products you can download and view in the Dashboard. Provision for download takes place within 2 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). In case of download problems, please notify us by e-mail or by using the contact form on the “Contact” page. You will receive an alternative download link within 24 hours of notification. You will also be informed about the deployment by e-mail.

Deliveries to Germany:- SD card holder: 1,99 €; FREE with a minimum order value of min. 30,00 €.

DELIVERY DEADLINES
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Germany:- Standard Shipping: 2 – 5 Business Days*
- Express shipping: 1 – 2 business days*.
*Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) takes place within 2-5 business days.
Abroad:- Standard shipping: 5 – 10 business days**
**For foreign deliveries, the goods will be delivered within 5-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
PayPal may additionally offer the possibility to pay on createbeyond.de with credit/debit card or SEPA direct debit. Functions such as installment payment or “pay later” are displayed by PayPal – if available – in the checkout. They aren’t available in every country. .
